Hello and Welcome to Dancenplay Persians!

Our names are Charlene & Roy & we breed registered shaded silver & chinchilla Persians in our small PKD free cattery in Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia. They fill our empty nest & we love watching them play & grow.

When we decided to breed Persians we started with whites, my second love & we have enjoyed it very much. After breeding some wonderful whites & colors we decided to go start with my first love & breed silvers. {my dream really but Roy has fallen in love too!!}. We have had some excellent help with this dream.  Caroline of Preciouspet has been with us from the start. I first met her when she took a chance on me & placed my wonderful Gibson with me to start my breeding program in 2004. She was with me when I did the Royale commercial & I couldn’t have done it without her. When we decided to breed silvers Caroline placed a silver girl with us {Venus}. Now she has also placed a wonderful chinchilla boy with us as well {Alister}.

All of our breeding cats have been tested for PKD & are negative. We do not believe in breeding any PKD cats. We also test for leukemia & feline aids & provide a health guarantee for all kittens placed. All of our cats are free to roam the house. Even the males as they are trained to use stud pants & are very comfortable in them. We raise our kittens under foot & they are well socialized when they leave for new homes. The most important thing to us is the well being of the kittens, therefore finding a good fit of new owner to kitten is very important. Or should I say new servant to kitten!
